Anbariya’s origins trace back to 2001 when it initially focused on dates. In 2023, founder Zeina El Mismar, who had resided in Saudi Arabia for two decades, made a pivotal decision to infuse innovation into the company, particularly in her motherland, Lebanon.

Zeina envisioned a unique approach, using dates as the core ingredient in her dessert creations, thereby offering a healthier alternative to traditional treats.
